In July of 2024 Garret worked on a part of my front porch that was sagging due to foundation issues. He did replace a lot of damaged wood along with support beams that had carpenter ant damage however this is not the issue. Come late December the porch started to sag again and it turns out the brick foundation was falling apart. This was the original scope of the project and it obviously was not addressed correctly. As of December I have repeatedly reached out to Garret about this issue via: phone, text, email, and Facebook messenger and have not heard back.

This company did an excellent job of staining our deck. They gave a very competitive price that we were pleased with. Their bid was actually half of other companies. Very friendly and attentive to our questions. When they were done they cleaned up and returned everything to its place where they had moved it from. We will definitely have them returning when we need their services again. They do about any type of handyman work. Welding, carpentry, painting, staining, etc.

I love our new deck. Smith's work was on scheduled and on budget. I plan to have the come back to stain the deck when it is ready

I was pleased with everything. I suggest they tell you the time they'll be there and when they are leaving each day.
