"It was great. We just haven't done anything at all with it. The responsiveness of the guy was very good. I think it was just not quite what we were looking for. It wasn't that their price was really high. I think it was just the price that we decided. Instead of just redoing the whole thing. we decided to do a fraction of it. The quote was about $5000. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
