"What a great experience, which is truly unusual in these times of all fluff and less service. First, the salesman, Joe Stegeman, was excellent. He was prepared, courteous, seemed to understand right away what we wanted and stepped us through the process. The fact that he could also schedule the installation right there at our dining room table surprised and impressed me. I will admit I was skeptical, and expected a phone call that would delay or reschedule. That was not the case. The plumber, I believe Ryan, showed up at 7 a.m. and was very professional.
