The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem.  He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now.  The team cleaned the job site and were very polite.

"The Concrete work was good but do not allow this company to use grass seed on areas required. They used a contractor grade grass seed that looks horrible and I will have to sod the effected areas this spring. I expect that it will require 8 to 10 pieces of sod to correct this problem. I am not a happy customer when it comes to this aspect of their performance."

"Scott did fantastic work for us, I was having issues getting someone to even come out and give me a bid. Got in contact with him and he was out immediately. Originally wanted him to put in a drain system for our yard and bury down spouts. And come to find out was able to just hire him to do everything we needed done. Concrete slab he poured, the draining system and a really nice retaining wall. Guess the old saying for what you get is true. We paid little more than what we originally wanted but was totally worth the extra expense with Scott and his guys. Great group of guys fun to be around, polite on time and took our ideas into consideration. Would highly recommend using him to anyone! Give him a call people!!!!"
