Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. "The 2 men who did the work did a very good job.  My duct work had never been cleaned, so they had to cut a piece out of the return filter unit to clean it.  Some of my vent covers  had been painted on, so removing the nails was time consuming.  They did a very good job and made recommendations about the duct work that I plan to follow (venting the dryer to the outside rather than into the garage, getting a dehumidifier for the bedroom in the basement).  They were professional and helpful.  Hiller Plumbing recommended that I get the vents cleaned and their estimated price was $900 and that did not include the sanitation, so I think that I got a very good deal!
