Lifetime warranty waiting 3 months for replacement of window cracked 1 month after install. I was told they have more window area than most replacements but reverse is true. Price is way higher than equivalent companies.

The work crew was really courteous. They answered all of our questions. They showed us how they bend the metal around the doors and windows so that was also great.

It went well. The deck looks nice. They also power washed our posts and rails and shutters while they were washing the deck at no extra charge. In addition, there were places on the posts where stain had splashed from previous jobs. They touched them up at no additional charge as well.
