"Joe Gendre was very professional and accommodating. I thought my porch light was bad. He searched until he figured it was the switch. Very polite. He moved some jobs around and what was supposed to be next week service became next day. The lights were out in the bedrooms and bathrooms and for an old lady like me is quite unnerving. Turned out the breaker in the panel was bad and he had to go get one since he didn't have one one his truck.I thought he would be back the next week when he had one. But again to my surprise he went and got one and came right back. I expected to pay at least 25%more and was pleasantly surprised, again, at the out come.
