Troubleshooting and replacing an electrical switch in the storage shed. Unclogging and replacing a waterline underneath my bathtub and installing a new shower head and fixtures. Also, repairing a leaking toilet bowl and replacing a rotting section of floor underneath..... Overall, the boys were excellent in their knowledge and work performance. "Once the electrical box was opened and assessed it was apparent that the electrical box was pulled away from the house wall by the ground settling. Much of the wood frame behind the box had experienced water damage requiring long screws to seek enough wood meat to pull the box back to the brick wall. A vertical slip sleeve pipe was installed to adjust for the horizontal piping in the ground settling. The owner agreed to add foam, calking to help seal the wall box to the house wall and add a sloped top cover and sides to add additional protection from future heavy rain. This was an original construction land settling issue that is not uncommon."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
