"We were very excited to hire them, however they lied to us since day ONE. We were told they would be 3 men working instead we ended up with HALF a man. We were getting charge constantly for things that we already paid for and when we questioned Wendy she would get upset and try to offer us way for them to keep our money. They were very unprofessional, leaving spits bottle all over my house. DO NOT let the pictures you see online fool you, Casey is an amateur he would sit and watch how to do things on YouTube. Letâ s not forget they are very indolent we were told they work 9-3 they NEVER work a full day, they donâ t respect timeline they were hired to work 4 months in our house they worked MAYBE 5 full weeks out of the 4 months. We love our kitchen but thatâ s because 99% of the work were done by other people(our cabinets and granite) If you are able to record every conversation you have with them please do, because THEY ARE LIARS they would tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. The quality of work they do DOES NOT worth the amount of money they will charge you. If you are looking for sloppy work, work that is falling apart while theyâ re still on site, unfinished work look no further"

T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Like many other repair projects, the cost to fix a behind-the-wall shower leak depends on several factors. The cost of your repair may depend on the type of leak (from a clog or burst pipe), type of piping, and location of the leak. The short answer is yes, a sagging plaster ceiling is dangerous. Sagging plaster on a wall is something you should fix immediately, but it isn’t a major concern. If the same type of sagging occurs on a ceiling, however, you could be in danger of your ceiling falling in large chunks. When plaster sags, it loses its strength and ability to hold itself up. The bonds that hold it together are strong, though, so if a sagging area falls, it will take large pieces down with it.

Generally, your homeowner’s insurance might only cover ceiling collapses caused by problems under the coverage, such as a busted pipe. But if the ceiling collapse resulted from owner negligence, maintenance issues, or other reasons excluded by your policy, you could be on your own. Some policies might cover damages caused by the collapse but not the repair itself. Check with your policy carrier for the most accurate information regarding ceiling collapse coverage.

If the water damage is small, such as small patches, you can paint over the area. To prevent mold growth, roll on a coat of an antifungal primer beforehand painting. Plastering lasts for around 15 to 20 years without needing repairs or maintenance in most cases, and with proper upkeep, plastering can last a lifetime—sometimes more than 100 years. Plaster repair costs between $1 and $3 per square foot, and you may need these services once every 15 to 20 years or so unless you have a harsh climate where humidity changes are a constant issue. You can also opt to skim-coat plaster for between $0.90 and $1.30 per square foot, which may serve you better in the long run.
