"Samuel and Colleen from Collective Enterprise, LLC are the best. They made my anxiety in hiring them go away, since I was unfamiliar with their company. Colleen made sure my project scheduling would accommodate the vendor materials delivery date before the installation started. Samuel arrived each day on time and cleaned the area before leaving. Samuel professionally assembled and installed 2 walk-in, all-wood closet systems. One system was installed off the floor, and the other, free-standing. He did an awesome job. I would not hesitate to recommend Collective Enterprise, LLC. We are so happy with the work done, we will definitely use Collective Enterprise, LLC again for our upcoming project."

"This company is great. They called me back right away and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Cori was the technician that was here. He worked so hard and was so very kind and considerate. I will certainly call them again if/when I need their type of services. Do not hesitate to use them, they are wonderful."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

It usually takes around four to six months to build and install a modular home, although your timeline could go up to around eight months if there are delays in the manufacturing or permitting process. Heavy site preparation and foundation pouring can extend that timeline if you need them, as can customizations you want for your modular home. Your modular home company should be able to provide an estimate for the construction timeline before you sign any contracts or agree to any work.

You'll find Arts and Crafts homes across the country in varying styles. On the East Coast, bungalows and Tudor Revivals fill the Boston area through New Jersey. In the West, Mission-style homes incorporate terracotta shingles, white stucco siding, and rounded archways.

No, it’s not legal for unlicensed individuals to conduct structural calculations for buildings or building repairs. Not only do licensing requirements prevent DIYers from tackling this project, but mistakes can also be extremely dangerous and put your property and anyone inside or near it at risk of severe injury or even death. You should always hire a licensed and certified local structural engineer to make structural calculations.

Ensures adherence to local building codes and customized designs to fit personal needs.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.
