From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house. Everything looks absolutely amazing and we're so happy with our new fiber cement siding! We look forward to working with Bordner on furture home projects (next, we want a red front door)! "I had callled several fireplace shops to repair my 17 year old gas direct vent fireplace. They both said they do not work on my "Superior" brand & refered the other firm I had already called. Mike responded to my E-mail inquire & came by my home on time he said he would be there. Mike took off his shoes & went right to work. He cleand all of the parts & the fireplace stared right up. He will be bringing a new replacement valve next week. His price was right. You could tell he had been to factory school to learn how to repair the fireplace.
