"On time, punctual and efficient service.  They asked about any particular problem areas or high traffic areas and gave special treatment to the areas I pointed out.  Carpet was clean and dried quickly though some trouble spots re-emerged in the carpet a few months later...but we only had the carpet cleaned to get us through a few months for when we were ready to tear up carpet and switch to hard wood. "Michelle has been cleaning my house monthly for seven years. I had never needed someone to clean so when I needed help I asked a friend who cleaned her house. It was Michelle. Michelle does a good job cleaning and puts fresh sheets on my bed. I have arthritis and changing sheets is difficult for me. I have laminated floors and carpets-she swiffers and vacuums- jobs I can't do anymore. She is honest, trustworthy and very dependable. Occasionally I have plans when she cleans. "I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."
