"On time, punctual and efficient service.  They asked about any particular problem areas or high traffic areas and gave special treatment to the areas I pointed out.  Carpet was clean and dried quickly though some trouble spots re-emerged in the carpet a few months later...but we only had the carpet cleaned to get us through a few months for when we were ready to tear up carpet and switch to hard wood. Employees wore shoe covers and were very respectful of our home and friendly towards our dogs.  Would not hesitate to hire again for carpet cleaning. Great value.

"Archway Clean Sweep were great! I just wish I could have used their services. Cindy was very professional and friendly on the phone when I explained what I was needing and scheduled me efficiently. When the chimney sweep men came, they evaluated my chimney from the outside first and came to the door. He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"

"Michelle has been cleaning my house monthly for seven years. I had never needed someone to clean so when I needed help I asked a friend who cleaned her house. It was Michelle. Michelle does a good job cleaning and puts fresh sheets on my bed. I have arthritis and changing sheets is difficult for me. I have laminated floors and carpets-she swiffers and vacuums- jobs I can't do anymore. She is honest, trustworthy and very dependable. Occasionally I have plans when she cleans. I leave my door unlocked for her and feel completely comfortable doing so. My friend who recommended Michelle did the same thing."

"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."
