He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"
