"I bought a 110 year old farm house and Raymond came out to do a fireplace inspection before winter. The old fireplace had some major problems and so we decided to upgrade to a nice propane insert. Raymond got me a new propane fireplace insert and had it installed quickly so I would be set for winter. He was such a professional! I have sure enjoyed my new fireplace!! Thanks for everything!! "The experience was all right. It was the insurance company that we were not happy with. It was okay but it wasn't excellent. They changed crews and they put gutter caps on the wrong house. They put them on the neighbor's house and put their gutters caps on our house. The insurance paid for the job. They got the job done so we would probably use them again."

"I had callled several fireplace shops to repair my 17 year old gas direct vent fireplace. They both said they do not work on my "Superior" brand & refered the other firm I had already called. Mike responded to my E-mail inquire & came by my home on time he said he would be there. Mike took off his shoes & went right to work. He cleand all of the parts & the fireplace stared right up. He will be bringing a new replacement valve next week. His price was right. You could tell he had been to factory school to learn how to repair the fireplace.
