"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. "Joe and his crew assessed everything that I wanted done. Joe took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted done. I had them come in and pack everything form the closets and cupboards. They were very efficient. Joe and his crew packed the truck so well, that there was room left for me to load my motorcycle, that was the main thing I was worried about. No, you do not need a garbage disposal to have a dishwasher. A dishwasher will work without one, and while it's rare to see a home with a dishwasher that doesn't have a disposal, it is possible. The two appliances pair well and are often installed together because a disposal simplifies meal cleanup.

These appliances do unscrew, but you need to disconnect everything properly when you replace your garbage disposal. Disconnect the main drain line and P-trap, and then disconnect the dishwasher drain line if you have one connected. You can then unscrew your garbage disposal using a disposal wrench.
