"Brad was personally recommended to me by a Mapei (waterproofing and grout products) rep I know. We had just had our bathroom renovated a year before by a different contractor, and our shower was already failing. I called Brad to diagnose what the problems might be and offer possible solutions. We came to the conclusion that the only way to know that it will actually be fixed is to redo the shower pan, as I didn’t want to risk a Band-Aid fix. Brad was extremely communicative, responsive, and pleasant to work with. As he was demoing and rebuilding the shower he sent me more information on what he found was or wasn’t done by the previous contractor, which really showed his depth of knowledge and expertise. He completed the redone shower very quickly, to perfect quality, and left the area spotless. I would recommend Brad to anyone needing tile installation, but specifically for a watertight installation that needs to be done the right way."

"I have a hard time reviewing this service, primarily because it's been a while since the work was performed and I don't recall all the pertinent details.
The workers, and Dan in particular, were very pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. My disappointment is in the end result of the work. Our entryway marble is 20+ years old. It had become a bit dingy and had lost some of its lustre, and the grout also looked dirty. We were told that after restoration it would look like new. The company cleaned and mechanically polished the marble, scraped out and replaced the top portion of grout. After the work was completed, the marble and definitely the grout looked cleaner and brighter. The overall sheen/polish seemed a bit better than before, but not remarkably so. Much of the brighter appearance could have been from the replaced grout, not much different from the couple times I had hand-cleaned the grout before. In the time since, though, we have followed the care instructions we were given closely. We switched to a microfiber damp mop using mild cleaner approved for marble, cleaning weekly as before. Within a handful of months, the marble and grout looked much the same as it had prior to having the work done. Overall, I feel we paid for restoration but the result was more like a cleaning, the results of which were temporary.
