"Brad was personally recommended to me by a Mapei (waterproofing and grout products) rep I know. We had just had our bathroom renovated a year before by a different contractor, and our shower was already failing. I called Brad to diagnose what the problems might be and offer possible solutions. We came to the conclusion that the only way to know that it will actually be fixed is to redo the shower pan, as I didn’t want to risk a Band-Aid fix. Brad was extremely communicative, responsive, and pleasant to work with. As he was demoing and rebuilding the shower he sent me more information on what he found was or wasn’t done by the previous contractor, which really showed his depth of knowledge and expertise. He completed the redone shower very quickly, to perfect quality, and left the area spotless.
