I have things set up to where I can go online and find parts needed and then I will send the customer and invoice with what the cost of parts is going to be. Then from there the customer will click to pay for the invoice and once the parts are paid for I will have them shipped to me and repair the item and get it back in your hands as fast as possible with 100% satisfactory.

The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"
