"Perma Jack of St Louis did a wonderful job waterproofing my basement. For years I struggled with the cleanup year after year, it only got worse. I had gotten 3 estimates from other companies but The Perma Jack system made the most sense and was the most affordable. I’m a single mother helping to put my son through school so my budget was limited. The Perma Jack system allowed me to waterproof my entire basement when the other companies wanted more money to only include half of the basement. We didn’t need to remove the drywall like the other estimates called for which added to the savings. The workers were very cordial and answered my questions along the way. Everyone I had contact with from the office staff, the system design specialist and the workers were very accommodating. I made the mistake of calling the office after hours and much to my surprise the owner Chris answered the phone, that was a WOW moment for me!
