They came out, ON A WEEKEND to find the issue and got busy the next day to fix it. Approximate an 8 hour day later they fixed all issues and even repaired some loose damaged boards on our deck while they had it apart saving us so much headaches later on. They did their best to save us money and make sure we understood what was going on before, during and all the way until completion. We live in a mobile home which definitely was not as easy as a stick house and they found issues we hadn't been aware of. A 3 day estimate turned into nearly 2 1/2 weeks.
