Everyone at Missouri Pond Company is doing it right! Customer service A+ - thank you Carol! The guys that came out to do our pond clean up/maintenance were on time, clean (when they got here :)), polite, informative, and professional. Our koi pond is back to looking good again - thank you thank you thank you! I wish every contractor I worked with ran their business like this.

Missouri Pond Company was here to put in a new skimmer basket and maintain/clean our pond. They were so responsive from the first time we contacted them. They were very knowledgeable and detailed in their work. They treated our pond like it was their own! Our pond looks BEAUTIFUL now!! We look forward to having them enlarge our pond in the future. Great company to work with!!

they did a great job on building my 30 foot pond and 8 foot water fall, took a little longer than i would of liked but the job got done in a reasonable time frame. workmanship was great and results were awesome.

workmanship was awesome. the waterfall and pond creation is a beautiful sight. I look forward to spending time on my back patio just enjoying the sounds of the water and the whole environment of the pond and waterfall. sometimes they were a little bit hard to get a hold of or they did not communicate as much as I wish they had but all in all the experience was a very good one. as far as value for the money this is kind of a project that not many people do and if they do they don't do it well so you pay for what you get it was a little bit more than what I wanted to pay for but all in all the quality of workmanship was well worth it. I hope that the project would have been done a little bit sooner but I understand that weather cause delays and the owner explained to me that they were a little bit more short-handed than they normally were so the two of them worked as hard as they can work and finish as quickly as they could finish. overall experience I'm very satisfied with hiring them and their workmanship and quality of work

Jeff and his worker (sorry I don't know his name) did a fantastic job on repairing and reinstalling our waterfall. They were wonderful to work with, and we are very satisfied.

Missouri Pond, Jeff was very responsive from first contact to finish of the job. They did a complete pond renovation with new liner, filtration, relaid the stones surrounding the pond and added a waterfall. He met and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Missouri Pond to anyone. compared to other contractors we contacted, Missouri Pond was more responsive, listened better to what we wanted done, bid what we requested, and did the job for a reasonable cost.

Jeff and his guys were great! We had to have quite a bit of maintenance on our existing pond, such as cleaning and re-stacking some of the edges. They also installed a new filtration unit in our waterfall which required a LOT of jackhammering through solid bedrock. Jeff and his crew worked exceptionally hard to get this project done. Jeff was also really informative about the new filtration system, making sure we understood exactly how it worked and what we needed to do. I highly recommend Missouri Pond Company!

He took time to involve us in the design and the results were above our expectations. He also coordinated the color and forms of the rocks, and stones as he laid them. He would step back after laying them to see how they would blend in. Sometimes rearranging them many times. He was personable and easy to work with.
