"It went extremely well. We were very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism shown by everyone. They really treated us well and went out of their way to be courteous. At one point, one of the workers cleaned an area we had not even asked him to clean and that was very classy. They even came out after the fact to take some measurements when they didn't have to. I highly recommend this company and we really appreciated all they did for us!"

Stephen Kocher is a hands-on, "company owner-service man". Established "the drywall Doctor" in 2008...reg Sec. of state. I have built this company one customer at a time, and have hundreds of loyal, satisfied, Clients. Customer Satisfaction is Paramount! Lic. 2012-F3046 BUS2010-00480, Special Trades

"He was late every day, if he even showed up. Took 3 months to do a 3 week project and never did finish it. I had to have someone else come out and fix what Kocher couldn't after 5 separate attempts. His quality is pathetic. I have never laid tile before and I definitely could've done as good as his work looks. He cut tiles and left them on the wall with terrible touch up paint jobs and called it "art". I was less than impressed throughout this entire ordeal and wish I had never hired him or at the very least fired him way sooner than I did."

Mold Testing and Remediation questions, answered by experts

The biggest difference between black mold and regular mold is that black mold is considered toxic, and far more dangerous than regular types of mold. Black mold is a specific type of mold that appears green, gray, brown, or black. Exposure to the toxins in black mold can cause severe health issues, including respiratory problems, skin irritation, and headaches. While regular mold can also irritate your respiratory system, black mold can cause a more serious reaction. Black mold is less common than regular mold and tends to grow in severely water-damaged areas.

Mold in a furnace is frequently found on evaporator coils, filters, or within the ductwork. The mold appears in dark, fuzzy patches in either black, green, or white. You may also notice a musty odor. Green or white mold can be cleaned with DIY methods, but if you see black mold, call a professional. Black mold is toxic and harmful to your health.

Slime mold isn’t toxic to your dog, even if they eat it. Toxicity and comfort are two different things, and if you notice your dog eating slime mold, you should stop them, but not worry too much. Expect a period of gastrointestinal distress, and possibly some other complications, but your dog should be ok within a few days.

The four types of hazardous waste are items that are ignitable, corrosive, reactive, and toxic. Examples include gasoline, car batteries, aerosol cans, and lead-based paint, respectively.

PVC is not considered a hazardous waste in most areas, but regulations vary by location. If in doubt, you should contact your local sanitation department to confirm. The Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) has been working to get PVC classified as hazardous waste, so it’s possible that it will be considered as such in the near future. If it is, disposing of PVC will require the use of a hazardous waste disposal facility or transporter in your area.
