"Robert and Carla were very professional and responsive to any questions we had. The quality of their work was excellent. Indeed, they demonstrated careful attention to detail throughout the project. We had faux finish in our kitchen and hearth room, which required considerable effort to sand and paint (particularly the trim and doors). It looks ten times better once Robert and Carla finished.  We will definitely use their services in the future and would highly recommend their service to others.
They contacted us back right after we left a message about wanting an estimate. They came to the house soon after and completed an estimate, providing us with a written contract that detailed what they would be doing. They completed the work exactly as outlined. Although they started later than anticipated, it was for a very valid reason. In addition, they were very good about communicating with us prior to the start of the project and let us know why there was a slight delay, working with us to find a time to come that worked for everyone. It is definitely the best communication I have received from painters with whom we have worked. They were very agreeable and nice when they were painting. We were very comfortable with having them in the house. The bathroom was a bit tricky because the previous painter used oil-based stamps, so the sanding and painting did not cover the walls as anticipated. However, Robert pointed this out to us and stated they would come back if it continued to show the stamps after drying. Robert and Carla were true to their word and came back to fix the bathroom with primer and an additional finish. They also did not charge us for the additional cost of the primer. The bathroom looks great, and we were very happy that they followed through with returning. We had a previous painter who stopped in the middle of the job, so it was great to work with painters who were true to their word, professional, and performed high quality work.
In conclusion, the experience was very positive. We had no concerns or negative experiences to report.  It was a job well done!
