"We have used this company numerous times in the past and have always been pleased with the work done including this time. Their technician, Allan came initially on Wednesday (1/17/18) and identified the repair that was required for our washing machine which was not spinning during the spin cycle. Allan also thought he smelled a possible gas odor. He check with his gas detector and could not locate a leak but recommended replacing the old flex gas line with brass connectors with a stainless steel flex line. He also recommended i call the gas company after he left. He scheduled his next visit for Saturday (1/20/18) to bring the parts to fix the washing machine and replace flex gas line pending gas company inspection. Side note, gas company inspector came within the hour and determined that there was a leak where the dryer flex line attached to the gas pipe. Gas Inspector detached the flex line and capped the gas pipe. Allan came back on Saturday with the required parts. First he replaced the flex gas line to the dryer and due to moving the dryer, had to add new clamps to the dryer vent. Then he fixed the washing machine which required taking it a part to get to the transmission. I was very impressed with Allan. During both visits, Allan was very good at answering my questions and gave clear explanations on what he was doing. He made sure everything was done properly even though it took longer than the estimated time of the appointment. Next time I need an appliance repaired I will call All-American Appliance Service and specifically ask for Allan."

Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."
