"Person arrived very much later than expected and I didn't feel respected by him. Was told the weather needed to be warmer for the repair to be done. Understandable as it was extremely cold. Also said I needed a cover on the bricks at the top of the chimney walls. However I don't know that I will have them come do the work as I didn't get a very good "feeling" about the person giving the estimate. Also, $500. seemed a bit steep. I haven't had the work done yet, so am still debating whether to have this company do the actual work."

"They arrived on time, and were polite. The screen came off the top of the chimney cap, and it was in a tough place to get to it. They did the job fairly quickly, less than an hour. Family owned business."
