"Lewis Insulation came out for work on my home for ice dam issues. Lewis Insulation was to air seal our attic and add insulation. We decided to move forward. Lewis Insulation allegedly performed the work, but unfortunately the ice dam issues persisted. In short, we flushed thousands down the drain by going with Lewis Insulation. Xcel energy performed a home energy audit for us after Lewis Insulation performed the work. The Xcel home energy audit revealed that air sealing was missed during the air sealing process. After confronting Lewis Insulation, the team claimed some of these areas were inaccessible. This includes our furnace flue, which gives off a ton of heat in the winter. For those who may not be aware, this is egregious because of how much heat comes off that pipe. At no point did Lewis Insulation inform me that they were unable to air seal specific areas, including the flue. Lastly, they failed to insulate our basement rim joists properly. In short, we paid to have the team air seal our home and help with ice dams. They failed to eliminate the ice dams, and Xcel suggested we get our home air sealed again. I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

I'm a retired carpenter and I can say their craftsmanship was second to none. Clean, precise. I was enjoying the perfect gape in our foundation and the framework even before they installed the window, because it was being done properly. Heck, even the hole they dug for the well was precise. Both Caleb & Graham were very friendly, communicative and courteous. Would use again and highly recommend."

"I called on 6/8/21 and made an appointment for 6/10. Nathan, who took my phone call, also took my credit card # and said I would receive my receipt via email. That was fine with me. On 6/10 the technician was to arrive between 12-3 pm. I got a call at 2:25 that he would be late. It was 3:50 when he arrived. He cleared the drains, and as expected, he did not deal with any payment or paperwork. As of today, 8/9/21, I have not received any receipt. I have called 3 times, in June and July. I spoke to Nathan twice, and he referred me to the accounting department and even gave me a specific day to call. It was on 7/9 that I left a message for accounting, but no one has called back. My credit card was charged over a month ago. I find this part of the business sloppy and unprofessional. I probably wouldn't hire again."
