"Nick, Gunnar and Jack came over to do a partial basement interior drain and sump system install that I had been waiting on getting started for several years, and they made it look nice with minimal intervention to the area. It was such a sigh of relief to see it done well and at reasonable timing. The persistent small basement leak issue had been happening every spring and fall for 8 years. Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! After the job was done, (and even somewhat during the job) Nick made sure to answer any questions and be very thorough in showing me every feature that was added, how to maintain the system, etc. This was an ideal experience, and I trust the same will be true for you if you have these guys come over! Only thing that could be better for me is if it were all free, but these guys have to go home and take care of their families too just like the rest of us. "They showed up exactly on time.? They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.? They were in an out in less than .5 hours.? "This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."

"Service Tech repaired Main Sprinkler pipe. He did a good job on that. As
far as the sprinkler tune up goes  it was a joke. He said I had (19)
heads out of (30) that should be replaced because they were leaking. I ask if he
adjusted the heads and he said yes. I said I would think on it.Today I
turned on the sprinkler system and found several heads that did not come
up because the the grass had settled around them over the winter. I
reached down and took 10 seconds to clear the grass and the head popped
right up. I found other heads that were watering part of the
driveway.Clearly the service tech did not spend any time on adjusting the
heads. I think I spent $70.00 to get a sales pitch.

"Another good Cady Handyman experience. What I thought would be an easy DIY sink trap part replacement turned out to be more involved and problematic than my expertise could handle. And, typical for our house, the original plumbing lacked shut-off valves for the water sources. Cady was able to send out Tom N. within four hours and he got a tough job done... leaks sealed and valves installed... while working in a tight under-cabinet space."

I loved that he could come out as soon as I needed and the earliest available appointment.  He was prompt, professional and got right to work assessing my sump pump and drainage around the house etc.  He also took the time to lay out my options for a battery backup and work to potentially re-route my drain pipe to the other side of the house and bury it to feed out to the forest vs right next to the house.  I felt way more informed that I had previously been.  He was able to complete the work quickly, efficiently, cleanly well under an hour.  Also, while he was there I asked if he could take a look at my furnace, I could not figure out how to replace the filter and he was able to show me right away.  I greatly appreciated this because I was really perplexed by this matter!!!   I found out My Service Pro does a variety of work and repair and I was happy to keep his information for future use.  I would definitely use My Service Pro again and recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."
