"We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. "Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"Gregg and Gunnar did a fantastic job of lifting and sealing my garage floor. After 20 years of slowly failing, sinking, and cracking, they were able to get it back to an acceptable condition. It'll never be "flat" like freshly poured concrete but, it is so much better after their work. They took the time to explain the process and also any areas where they were unable to get the slab perfectly flat again, and they explained why.
