"When work was started to remove the crushed rock, there was standing water and a lot of mud. Â The construction also took place during the very heavy rains of last June. Â Tom dug out all of the crushed rock and enough soil to install a good class 5 base, followed by sand and then 7" think Versa Block pavers. Â The job was excellent and came through the winter and spring in fine shape, while our neighbors experienced significant frost heaves. Â Tom was punctual, took care to not damage the rest of the yard when removing all of the stone and bringing in the pavers. Â The work was excellent and we have received many complements on how it looks. Â We feel that we definitely got our money's worth with the job. Â I would highly recommend Tom and his team. "

You can also ask them about historic home restorations that you have seen and liked in your area to get recommendations for pros.
Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.
Structural engineers draw structural plans, which include detailed drawings of the structural components of a home only. Complete house plans will require additional work from an architect or draftsperson, whose drawings will take the structural drawings into account. They’ll also include more details about the finishing materials and layout of a home, including everything from roofing and flooring materials to the position of furniture, light fixtures, switches, and plumbing fixtures.
