"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

"Alex came out to do a roofing quote on my house he was very polite and informat his product and incentives that his company offered and even went over financing options with me . With him we also noticed some other issues i was un aware of that need fixed in the future.
