"Tanya worked hard, fast and clean. The results of the regrout of the floor-to-ceiling tile tub surround in our bathroom and fully tiled walk in shower in the other bath are amazing! Looks brand new. Including the cleaned tile. The price was more than competitive. Tanya was assisted for a couple hours by Tim to get done on schedule for us. They are people you are happy to have in your home, cheerful, considerate. And communication was great with almost immediate answers to texts even on weekends. You really should meet these folks before you hire for tile work."

"4 days after moving into our new townhome we dicovered a toilet flange had been leaking, for some time, and caused the subfloor below it to rot. We had to tear out some tiles, and install new subfloor. We had some tile left over from the original owner, and needed someone to install them. Talked to Jessie at Precision Tile, and fortunately he could come the next day. He did a great job of quickly installing backer board, thinset, Tile and grout at a fair price. Tile turned out great, and we were able to reset the toilet. Unfortunately the grout wasn't a perfect match with the old grout, but that was corrected with a grout colorant product. Overall very satisfied."

"Said did a great job on my flooring installation project. The job required laying vinyl planks on a concrete floor, and moving and reconnecting a stacked washer dryer. Said provided a very competitive quote and was highly professional and communicative. As I supplied the materials, he kindly let me know exactly what to purchase. He was flexible with scheduling, and took a 50% deposit as we got closer to the project date, with the rest paid after completion. I am planning to hire Said for another, larger job in the future. Highly recommend his services!"
