"We hired them to custom build a fence in our backyard, to match our neighbor's fence in design and style. When digging the post holes, they managed to break a piece of our house siding off. Furthermore, many post holes were dug on our neighbor's property (despite surveyor's stakes) and had to be removed and reinstalled. Things didn't get better as the project progressed. First, despite assuring us they would be able to match our neighbor's fence, the fence they built was a foot shorter and the custom design was very poorly executed. After negotiations, we ended up with a nice fence as long as you don't know it is supposed to match the neighbors. The office staff were always very pleasant and professional. They paid for and coordinated repairing our siding. Overall though, we would not use this company again.

"I had just had my house broken into and a window needed to be boarded up.  After trying to contact a couple difference companies, Cady Handyman was so nice and accomodating and able to help me within hours.  They were very considerate, did a great job, and helped me out when I really needed it.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

They did an amazing job of laying out the steps that were involved and the options that were available. "Allen estimated the job would take one day.  Once he started, things were in much worse shape than he had anticipated.  He ended up having to replace almost half of the tile with new tile (I had saved from the installation).  It took him almost 2 1/2 days to complete the project.  He was very willing to do what needed to be done to satisfy our expectations even though it took him much more time.  And in the end, he stayed with his original estimate of $600.  He was very courteous and friendly and very concerned with what we wanted in this project.  I could tell that he was frustrated with the situation, but he finished it and did a beautiful job.
