"My synthetic grass was installed in my 5000 square foot front yard 3 years ago. It's been through 3 winters and it looks as good today as it did when it was installed. We tried for 10 years at great expense to grow grass but because we have so much shade and because our yard is so steep we were never successful. I knew that synthetic turf was the only answer and I called 3 companies for estimates and samples. When compared to the other samples, ForeverLawn's grass was by far the highest quality. "I found him hard to work with (e.g. doesn't listen, pushy about doing it his way.) I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! Makes me nuts looking at it - feels like I threw my money away."

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
