The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. That was in the fall, now that it's summer and the leaves are on the trees, that branch is hitting the boulevard tree. That was the reason it should have been cut off."

"Tony and his crew did a great job on our retaining wall project. Although Tony already had a full schedule, he made arrangements to fit us in when availability permitted. His flexibility worked well for us and ultimately the job was completed earlier than if he had scheduled us into the next open slot. Tearing out the old wall footer ended up being more complicated than estimated (the old footer was significantly larger than expected) and Tony was very fair and reasonable with the charges for the unforeseeable extra work. Tony and his crew were all very personable and intent on making sure we were happy with the wall. Customer satisfaction was clearly a priority. "We didn't think we needed gutters on the south side of our house, but after living here 12 years, we got water in our basement. We called, and John came out and looked and noticed that the down spout from our other gutter was broken off and the water was pouring down onto the foundation.  We decided to have them gutter that side of the house, and he fixed that down spout and another one. The color matches perfectly, good fast job. Would recommend.
