"Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with our new deck. The quality of the work is excellent, and it was completed much faster than we expected. You can tell he takes pride in his craftsmanship, and the finished product turned out exactly how we had hoped. The only area that could have been better was communication during the project. There were times when we weren't sure what the next steps or timeline were, but it wasn't a major issue and the work continued to move along quickly. In the end, the quality and speed of the build outweighed that small drawback. "As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman!
