He was very thorough yet efficient during the quotation visit, sent us what his team drew up super quickly, and locked down a date for install. The installation was also done well, and he is allowed us to have much better utilization of space. We had him come out again to provide a quote for our master bedroom closet, and again, the customer service was wonderful. During both visits, he laid out all suitable options for our space and was never pushy or salesy about anything which is not only appreciated, but also pretty rare for these types of things. He is got a good eye for design, client preferences, & each individual space, and is very easy to communicate & work with. "Let’s just say communication was stellar from the get-go! We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. Everything looks beautiful and we would definitely work with Tom and Jesse again in the future! Actually, hoping to have them come back and do some laminate flooring for us as well!
