The Carver Auto Repair crew is outstanding! They provide outstanding service and are honest and fair. I trust them completely. I am so grateful that they take care of my car. I have been going to Carver for over 20 years and I hope that they are always there for my car needs. Thank you!

I'm a former ASE Master Tech who burned out years ago and no longer does his own work. Carver's mechanics are effective in diagnosing verses parts changers like at dealerships. I've always been more than satisfied over the 20+ years I've been brining my vehicles to them.

Outstanding as always. Dealer would have cost 100 times cost at minimum. Carver is extremely honest. They never charge you for services you dont need and do a quality job.

Would not do a major repair anywhere else.

Recently while changing the oil in my daugther's car we had a "car jack mishap" that caused extensive damage to her Saturn Ion's radiator. Called Carver (having used them in the past when my son had a ruptured brake line in his Jeep Wranger which they repaired quickly and at a fair price) and after towing in the Saturn for them to look at it, recieved a quote to replace the radiator and repair the damaged area around the radiator.
Work was performed quickly and vehicle was available when they said it would be.  No additional or hidden costs or charges. We appreciate the quick, quality work and the fair treatment.

They have been very honest. The only fix what needs to be fixed. They have been timely and accommodating. Their pricing has been very reasonable. They always took care of the problems and there were never any issues that did not get resolved. If I ever had any issues, there was no hesitation and they would take care of it. They also brought things to my attention and would tell me what to keep an eye out for. I do take my cars in once a year for an annual check up.

Went great. Did everything in one day, and I felt they were trying to save me money. Would definitely use them again.

When I take my car there, if there is something, they bring it to my notice. I feel comfortable in their hands. My overall experience is good with them. I would use them in the future.

Called and explained the car had not been serviced in awhile since it had been away at college with my kids, plus brakes seemed to have a problem. . Asked them to check it and let me know what service they recommended. I didn't feel there was any upselling even though they easily could have tried given the open ended request I had. They were also aware of an "oil sludge" settlement which recommended using synthetic oil in this model. Work was completed in a timely manner and the car is running well.

I brought my car to Carver Lake after another auto service said my brakes would soon need to be replaced and my tie rod on the passenger side would also need to be replaced. After only two hours, Carver called me back to tell me that I had plenty of brake pads left and that I did not need a new tie rod.

They will actually tell you what needs to be fixed and what doesn't. I like that they are honest.

Overall, our experience has been pretty good. Normally, they're pretty good and pretty reliable.
