"He was careful with our home. I even asked him not to disturb a nesting bird in our porch and he did a perfect job. The bird was back on the nest when they finished. He was prompt, explained everything to us and asked us how we wanted things done. He had some great ideas on how get our home power washed which was best for us. He communicated well before he arrived. We were completely pleased with his work and he is such a nice guy. We will hire him again."
