"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."

"We have used Shelton many times for both interior and exterior painting. They have even Stained our deck and the trim around our windows after having them replaced. We are never disappointed. This last time they painted the kitchen, Dinning room, Living room and hallway. There was some patch work that needed to be done from some holes etc....Area is open and we did two different colors. They finished in one day. It is beautiful. They prep and protect the bigger items that couldn't be moved out of the rooms. Cleaned up after themselves. They even vacuumed behind the TV stand that normally doesn't get moved. The workers are great. Highly recommend."

"Andres and his team are professionals. They masked off and covered all the windows, power washed the house, scraped it, applied peal-bond in selected areas, caulked, repaired rotten areas, foamed penetrations, applied two coats of paint, painted shutters and our deck. It took them two weeks working hard. Sure you can get it done by a cheap company in a couple of days and it will last maybe a couple of years. They have completely painted both the inside and outside of our house. We will not use anyone else. Mario, his foreman and Carlos and Nico are solid safe workers. They take care of your interests."

"I cannot begin to express my absolute gratitude for Andrew and his staff. I found myself in a bit of a bind last week. I had verbal approval to paint my cement stairs in front of my townhome. The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. I was sent a demand letter to remove the paint or they would access fines and would hire their own company and charge me. I was beside myself. I talked to Andrew who quickly responded to a request asking if this was the kind of thing that he and his company could help me with. Andrew was absolutely amazing! He said they could handle it, he quoted me a very fair price, he promised me when they would be out and he fulfilled every single this he promised. The work was excellent. "Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

The total cost people included some carpentry work that one of his subcontractors assisted with, replacing boards on our home and deck. Overall, great experience!"
