The paint peeled within a week and the owner was incredibly rude and unproffessional

There are bare spots because they didn't use enough paint in many places. They did the job in a huge hurry. I had to remind them to paint the baseboards in our entrance. They didn't remove the outlet covers and you can see that they didn't. The owner came back out and refused to repaint over the areas that were bare. He told us there was nothing wrong when you can clearly see the problems.

"I'm Bill De La Vergne Four Seasons Painting the walls in question were textured heavy and light in some areas making it look like Member is talking about. I offered to repaint two walls to show her but she refused and wanted all the walls redone which was being very unreasonable. As far as the base boards go that was not included she asked if I could paint the base boards in the entry way and I did at no charge. The job was completed she inpected the job and payed in full. I have been in business since 1977 and pride myself in quality work. Note...She was turning off lights and shining a flash light down the wall. Never in 35 years has someone done that. Sorry she is unhappy but did go back and try to please her to no aveil."

They arrived as scheduled one day and pressure washed, but did not return the following day as promised. A few days passed and the porch attracted dirt which was not cleaned prior to applying the sealer. Additionally, I recommended a different product and they did not switch from Thompson's as I asked. Five months later, the porch showed serious wear and they never returned my calls to come back and fix it. I would definitely not use this contractor in the future.

"Product used was what was written in the contract. Job was completed inspected by Member and payed on completion as per contract. If it was as dirty as he says don't know why he paid me. Sorry he is unhappy."

My grass has been dead for over a year where they painted siding. After the paint-job, the owner called several dozen times trying to convince me to get more painting done. Pressured sales tactics which I did not care for.

We were disappointed in the way the front door turned out but otherwise it was an acceptable job. I would mention that I used them but I wouldn?t give them a high recommendation. I don?t feel like they ripped me off.

I called to ask for a quote on painting my house in San Antonio. Someone came the following day to give me a bid. They started painting the next day and the job was done before the end of the week. The owner was very professional and his workers did an excellent job and cleaned up the yard after they were done.

The house was built in 1998 and this was the first time the exterior of the house was painted and the driveways had never been pressure washed. Dan and his crew were prompt, professional, and very courtesy. They cleaned-up the work area at the end of each day. They protected the flower beds and windows with plastic. The job took two full days and after completing the job Billy said to call him if I found anything I wanted touched-up and they would take care of it. They performed good quality work and the price was within my budget. I am pleased with the exterior house appearance and driveways.

They were prompt, clean, and the quality was outstanding. I am so happy. The cleaned the area, and came back to seal it all the next day.

They were here when they said they were going to be. They stayed on the job until they finished it. They finished it right away. I was satisfied with their work. The price was reasonable. After they were done with their work I walked over with them and if I found something was wrong they corrected it.

The painters were polite, arrived on time and kept work site neat. But they spilled something on the front lawn and killed a large circle of grass. They did all the work described above quickly, but we didn't clarify if the work was to be done by brush or sprayer (other estimates were for brush). They used a sprayer for most of the large surfaces and as a result, we had to hire window cleaning company next to clean up the over spray. They did a poor job covering the metal gutters, particularly the downspouts. I also had to have them redo some wood work that was poorly caulked. They missed a clearly visible metal piece along the roof, and nearly forgot to do the metal rails. The edge and trim of one exterior door was missed. The owner argued with my wife about her color preferences for some of the trim. Bottom line: they did the work too quickly and missed several things.

"Told Mrs S that paint was on windows prior from some one else. We Always cover all windows with plastic. Job was completed faster then she thought because I had 4 men there plus myself. Was paid on completion and no problems were brought up to me."

Responded to phone call promptly. Started work next day. Always told us of arrival time on each of three days. Arrived promptly. Worked hard. Courteous. Professional. Price was a little high, but what isn't these days?

Everything went just great. The owner came out and asked all of the right questions and they made sure the workers heard all of the answers. They went out of their way to make sure that the house looked good and I think they did a wonderful job. I am going to call them back when it is time to wash the house and paint the carport. They were wonderful to work with as well.

The job went pretty well overall. Painters even advised us about color. Did what they said they would in the time they said they would. They stayed on the job until it was done. Overall, the house looks good. Up close, you can see that more attention could have been paid to the points at which different colors met or where paint was not to be applied.

This was a very positive experience for us. We called Four Seasons on a Saturday; they stopped by our home and gave us an estimate on Sunday; they started the job on Monday; and they were finished on Tuesday. The workers started promptly at 8:30 a.m. each day. The quality of their work was outstanding in all aspects--all joints and seams that needed recaulking were done, all cracks in the wood were patched, and the paint job was impeccable. They completely masked all windows, fixtures, and door knobs during the painting process. The workers were polite and cleaned up completely after they were done. The exterior of our home now looks like new.

The owner, Bill, quoted the project and delivered it for the price we agreed on. Originally, we were scheduled 2-3 weeks out, but Bill had a cancellation and asked if he could start the next day. It was a little tricky because we were having gutters repaired/replaced at the same time. Bill agreed to start cleaning and painting and said he'd come back to finish the job once the gutters were installed. The power washing was great-the house & patios look brand new. I'll probably call him back every 6 months to do it. The painting team, led by Julio, was exceptional. They started work everyday at 8:00am and were very quiet. They worked through the weekend (including Sunday) to get the job done. Julio and his partner were very neat, minimal clean up. The only gripe that I had was that they filled my trash can with empty paint cans. I asked them to haul them off and they did. Once we had the gutters installed, Bill called me and arranged for Julio to finish the job, including touch up work. They are very thorough.

Representative came within a couple of days of my phone call and gave us an estimate. Once we decided to us them, work was scheduled for the following week. The workers showed up on time, worked efficiently and neatly. They were very respectful and careful with property. They finished in 3 days and cleaned up fairly well when they finished.

Four Seasons did what it said it would do and I respect and appreciate that. Billy De La Vergne, the owner, came to the house on the day I called him and gave me an estimate. The work started the next morning. The owner did the power washing himself (he did the brick wall around the patio in addition to the patio). He visited twice the following day when his crew was there painting. The cost was the same as the estimate. I thought Four Seasons estimated right and fairly and then did the work exactly as expected. The owner even finished the power washing of the driveway in a cold, punishing South Texas downpour. We listened to the owner's suggestions; we adopted the proposal that we switch to satin finish for durability and brighter look and the house looks good. He promised that once he started, he wouldn't leave the job unfinished and take other work, and he was as good as his word. I don't know how this job could have gone better from our view.

Bill Dixon answered questions promptly, helped me when I noticed the color was too light, changed to darker color, but he wasn't happy. They had already painted part of the back area. Workers polite and prompt.

Couldn't completely get glue from exterior carpet off the entryway, rest looked great, the deck looks much better, but did not return furniture to deck, left in yard.

They did a really good job. I was happy with how clean they were. They also color-matched the old color very well. I was happy with the brand of paint that was used. I would definitely refer their work to other people looking for a good painter.
