The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. That was in the fall, now that it's summer and the leaves are on the trees, that branch is hitting the boulevard tree. That was the reason it should have been cut off."

I called Twin Pines at 5:00 p.m. on Monday and they came out and did the job at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday. I am appreciative of the contacts before, during and after the project. "I was very pleased with the work John and his crew did for us.  John was on time for the estimate, listened to the issues I was having with my current gutter system, and walked me through his vision of the project.  He gave me several options for repairing my system, but I opted to replace all of the gutters.  The poor weather in mid-June prevented them from starting my project at the originally scheduled time, but they started the work on the next day of good weather.  The removal of my existing gutters and installation seemed to go well, and his crew cleaned up the site at the end of each day.  The new gutters look and work great, and I would use them again.

"Project was removal of all old siding from our house and replacement with a combination of new vinyl siding and rock.   Included new soffit and fascia as well as replacing rotten wood areas where required.
Excellent service from the quoting of the bid through completion of the project.  Company owner was onsite for a time everyday (and usually twice a day) to check on progress, deal with problems, etc.  Very good communication throughout the project.  Timelines that were set for completion were met.  The work crew was hard working and respectful of the property.  Very thorough walk through with the company owner at completion of the project to make sure everything was to our liking.   We would definitely recommend All American Exteriors and would use them again.

"It seemed to go well.  They were able to work on Fridays and Saturdays while we were around.  We hope the work will solve some ice dam issues we've had in the past, though we won't know until we get some significant snow.
My one complaint is with their mess and lack of clean-up.  Both Matt and his helper smoke and I'm still finding cigarette butts on my property.  They also were very sloppy with their spray foam and we've had to scrape it off of various parts of our house, including areas where they did no work - must have been spilled when moving from basement to attic.  Had to clean up labels, wrappers, fasteners, etc. from my yard when they worked outside.
