The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. That was in the fall, now that it's summer and the leaves are on the trees, that branch is hitting the boulevard tree. That was the reason it should have been cut off."

"I was very pleased with the work John and his crew did for us.  John was on time for the estimate, listened to the issues I was having with my current gutter system, and walked me through his vision of the project.  He gave me several options for repairing my system, but I opted to replace all of the gutters.  The poor weather in mid-June prevented them from starting my project at the originally scheduled time, but they started the work on the next day of good weather.  The removal of my existing gutters and installation seemed to go well, and his crew cleaned up the site at the end of each day.  The new gutters look and work great, and I would use them again.

"Project was removal of all old siding from our house and replacement with a combination of new vinyl siding and rock.   Included new soffit and fascia as well as replacing rotten wood areas where required.
Excellent service from the quoting of the bid through completion of the project.  Company owner was onsite for a time everyday (and usually twice a day) to check on progress, deal with problems, etc.  Very good communication throughout the project.  Timelines that were set for completion were met.  The work crew was hard working and respectful of the property.  Very thorough walk through with the company owner at completion of the project to make sure everything was to our liking.   We would definitely recommend All American Exteriors and would use them again.

"I called Mark and we scheduled an appointment.  He arrived on time and performed an inspection of our home and made recommendations on how to solve our ice dam problem.  He gave me an estimate and we agreed on a day & time the work would be performed.  He arrived on time and performed the work in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the work they did.  They were very professional and everything went just as he said it would.  They cleaned up the entire area where any work was performed.  Since it is summer I won't know if the heat cables will solve my problem until winter but I'm confident it will based on Mark's recommendations.

The ceiling texturing had been poorly done so removal was not as simple as scraping popcorn ceilings. The house had many different dark colored walls so the painting over them was not a simple task either. "We found Greene Construction through Angie's List and were very pleased with the results. Damian and his team were all very nice and professional and they were able to schedule the work quickly. They gave us a great price for scheduling during their slower season, and because our basement isn't yet finished they didn't need to do any finishing work on the inside. They kept the work space outside very neat and used tarps to place the dirt. I also appreciated that they do the digging by hand because with a small city lot, a large piece of equipment would have been a huge mess. They even worked in the rain a bit in order to get the job done. There was one piece of outside trim that wasn't done and we weren't aware that they were planning to come back to finish it, so we did have to call about that one thing. But overall we were really happy with their work and would hire them again without hesitation.
