He also addressed the concerns and questions I had with a very positive and logical response. He certainly made a point to pay attention to the details throughout, and it turned out amazing. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It's true: working with Hal is not like working with other contractors. With Hal, you are developing a relationship, not fulfilling the terms of a contract. For some that might be more than they want out of a contractor. For me, it was exactly what I needed. Example: I was talking with Hal about another matter when we both happened to notice some rotting boards on our deck. I thought it was unsightly, but nothing serious. Hal persuaded me that, without immediate attention, the rot would spread to the joists underneath, and what was a small problem now would be a big problem later. He replaced the deck boards on time and for the price he quoted. I can now rest assured I won't be plunging through the deck this summer. Along the way, Hal fixed some off-kilter gates in our yard, and also consulted with me about some stains on our stucco (thus managing to solve a problem that had stumped several other contractors). He's always on the end of the line when I have a home repair question. He's been there for me for some five years now. There's plenty of quality workers out there, but not many who will listen as well, contribute as much, and return as often as Hal Morris."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Very happy with Greensource Inc services. I received a call back the next day when I inquired about the windows and siding. Prices were reasonable, quality of windows and siding are good. Installation is done very neat. Installers cleaned up afterward and left my place very clean. The installers were here every morning at 8 when it wasn't raining. They are great bunch of guys to have doing the work. I'll have them do work for me in the future and recommend them very highly."
