"Jon installed some special made boards for the Historic restoration of the two story Depot in Fulda MN. He had the boards primed when he came and the set up his mitre saw and cut them to fit on the bottom band of Fulda depot. The boards fit very tight and he caulked the joints that had a small crack. Jon then painted the boards 2 more times to match the building colors. I was very pleased with his work and would hire him when I need more work done on the Depot. "

The estimate was for ?full removal? and that is not the service provided even though payment for full removal was submitted. I have attempted to reach the company multiple times and cannot make contact nor will they respond to messages. Incredibly disappointing experience that most likely will result in legal action to resolve. Do NOT recommend this company and am highly disappointed with homeadvisor.com for recommending this as a reputable company. "

"Caleb arrived when promised, gave us an estimate and we hired Neighborhood Tree Care to remove our tree. We are pleased with their work. The reason for the 1 star rating is the customer service we received from Joe regarding the stump removal process. Joe called, angry, rude and condescending to my spouse because we left a vehicle blocking access to backyard causing them to pay grinder an extra service call/fee to come back. There was no communication as to which day/time the grinder was coming! When Joe and crew came to our home for the final cleanup, I expressed my disappointment with his angry call. Their was no apology just excuses! Our dissatisfaction comes from lack of customer service skills, poor communication and unwilingness to apologize, on Joe's part, when given the opportunity to do so!"
