"We had Jon M. with Presence Air install a whole home humidifier for us. He was very easy to get along with and helped us find a unit that fit our needs exactly. His work was quick and well done. Because of his recommendation, we were able to remove the four humidifiers we had previously used throughout our home. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Rodney and his assistant (his name escapes me) were awesome. When he initially came he found that the door and frame we'd already purchased weren't the right size for our door. He advised us what to buy and when it came in, he went the extra mile to pick it up for us, and he also made a trip to get a new piece of framework we needed. They were quick with the installation, fixed any issues that popped up and did a great job. I'd hire them again for sure."
