Providing full services for heating, air conditioning, plumbing, water conditioning, radon testing & mitigation, indoor air quality since its inception in 1976, Tonna Mechanical has made a commitment to quality, integrity, and reliability. Supported by a professional management team our goal is to be your mechanical contractor of choice by offering the best service possible at a reasonable price - from routine maintenance to complete installations. Tonna Mechanical takes pride in being one of the few Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers (CFAD) in Southeast Minnesota. One of the requirements for us to become a CFAD was to have our technicians become N.A.T.E. (North American Technical Excellence) certified. This requires us to provide the proper training and skills necessary for our technician to pass written exams. These exams ensure the technician coming to your home or business is trained with the proper skills and knowledge to service your equipment. N.A.T.E. is becoming an industry standard to assure customers are getting the best possible service.

"We strive to ensure all clients are treated with utmost respect and provide a level of service that is second to none. Sometimes we make mistakes. We will undoubtedly use this experience to learn from our mistakes to ensure we continue to provide excellent customer satisfaction. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and hope we can earn your business in the future. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to make sure we have fixed the problems to your satisfaction. If you have additional concerns that you would like to discuss with me directly please email me at [email protected]. Thank you. Patrick Murphy"
Second visit (1/29/15): The technician installed the new burners and the new flame sensor.
The labor seemed a bit excessive since he had to make two trips.
