"Talked to me via video chat - I was able to show him the dishwasher and the issue it was having. He told me where to look underneath to find the part that needs replacement and when I was looking at it with my phone camera he circled it on screen to confirm which one it was. Told me what to get and how to replace it once I received it. Very efficient and was able to talk to him same day as problem occurred for the same price."

"I had a paper come in my mailbox for this company and I called the number and the next day they sent out the lovely sales representative Angie! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in this process of helping me make my bathtub into a shower due to my disability.
