We have an ISA Certified Arborist which is key to having a proper assessment of the health of your trees and setting up a proper management plan.

"Caleb arrived when promised, gave us an estimate and we hired Neighborhood Tree Care to remove our tree. We are pleased with their work. The reason for the 1 star rating is the customer service we received from Joe regarding the stump removal process. Joe called, angry, rude and condescending to my spouse because we left a vehicle blocking access to backyard causing them to pay grinder an extra service call/fee to come back. There was no communication as to which day/time the grinder was coming! When Joe and crew came to our home for the final cleanup, I expressed my disappointment with his angry call. Their was no apology just excuses! Our dissatisfaction comes from lack of customer service skills, poor communication and unwilingness to apologize, on Joe's part, when given the opportunity to do so!"

"We used this company for several years for snow plowing, but would never hire them again. The driver was really bad about driving up onto the lawn, but the last year was the worst. He pushed snow so far up into the yard before the ground was frozen, that he made enormous ruts in the lawn from all 4 of his truck tires that were almost impossible to fix in the spring. It required us to do extensive work hauling in dirt, tamping around the ruts, seeding, and watering. Complaints about this issue over the years were ignored, with the supervisor unwilling to come out and address the situation. It almost seemed like this past year the driver deliberately went out of his way to ruin the lawn."

"We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500."

But if mature tree roots start growing in the direction of your home’s foundation or plumbing system, it could be a real problem. When a palm tree no longer produces new fronds and old fronds start turning yellow-brown, that’s a sign the tree is dying. However, transplanted palm trees can show these signs for the first several months as they re-establish themselves. It’s best to keep watering and not give up on the palm tree until a couple of seasons have passed and you’re sure it’s not coming back to life.
