They never called or emailed me back so it all felt like a scam for them to get some quick cash with a half-hearted ‘fix’ when they did the tuck-pointing."

He then recommended he ordee and that I do the actual replacement with the help of my handy man. He took all the measurements and called it in to his fabricator. He described (& I wrote down), step by step what needed to be done, which is very simple. If we had any trouble, he would come and finish the project. By doing it this way, I saved $500."
