"For the bare minimum of getting paint on walls, great. Even coverage, smooth application. Finishing touches? Terrible. The logic behind which out covers they actually took off vs just painted into the wall makes my head hurt. They covered the wood floors, but put nothing down over the carpet. I've got paint overspray left on nearly every surface. But worst of all is they left my unit unlocked overnight with EVERY light on (including the oven light), the thermostat got knocked past 90 so it was boiling, and the water had gotten left on in the tub. Not full bore, but a steady stream. All night. To compensate for such an obscene oversight, they took $350 off of the upcharges for the skim coat needed on a couple parts of the bathroom wall. Then a quite condescending gesture was made by the sales guy. He came over after everything was done to bring me a bag of chocolate and a beanie baby key chain as an apology. Overall experience was really poor for the money spent and I should have just done the work myself."
