"RD Floors was a referral from a friend when another company wasn’t returning calls after asking me to contact them early January. This left me with a shorter window to get my project done. A blessing in disguise. Ryan happened to have an opening the next Monday. The color I wanted wasn’t going to be available by then so Ryan went OUT OF HIS WAY to make a blend close to the color I wanted. It was perfect. Then, with the late start, worked into the night to get my floor done. This is a business that truly cared about the customer and is passionate about his work. The only glitch we had was getting the epoxy coating from the supplier which delayed the project only a day.
